Today's News of the World suggests that, not only are Crystal Palace targetting Luton's Trinidadian International, Carlos Edwards, ffor a summer swoop, but also that Luton will let him leave if the price is right.
Dowie is reported as being a big admirer of Edwards and would like to have him in his side. Well, who wouldn't?
I cannot see Mike Newell letting him go if he harbours any ideas of promotion next season unless they are prepared to offer silly money.
If Curtis Davies was worth £3 million Carlos must be worth at least as much! Better start saving Ian!
