Luton's Rundle rumour

Luton have been rumoured to be interested in signing Rochdale winger Adam Rundle who looked a handful during the recent meetings with the Spotlands club in the FA Cup.



ateshead and Rotherham United are also said to be showing interest in the player, who had a spell on loan with the Millers.

Manager Richard Money has admitted that he intends to strengthen the squad during the transfer window but refused to be drawn on specific targets.

Money said:

"It`s a difficult balancing act but the club have been brave in keeping some of their players from last season, and in trying to add some quality.

"It`s my job to make sure we`ve got the right balance in the team, the jigsaw pieces in the right place, and the January window might give us the opportunity to do that.

"There are not going to be masses of funds but there might be an opportunity to shift things around a bit."

Money also stated that no players have to be sold and the club are not in a position where they will be forced to accept poor offers. However if offers come in they will be assessed on their merits.
