Luton: Crow signing back on
After talks with Luton last week, Cambridge United duo Danny Gleeson and Danny Crow were expected to sign for Luton. I believe right back Gleeson has signed but striker Crow wanted more time to consider offers from Leyton Orient and Colchester United, as well as an 'improved' offer from Cambridge to keep him.
'U's manager Martin Ling told the Cambridge-News.co.uk website that he believes Crow will sign for Luton, probably today.
He said: 'I had a message from Greg (Greg Reid, physio) yesterday (Monday, 17 May) that Luton were asking for Crowy's medical records, so I'm guessing he's going there today (Tuesday, 18 May).
'I still expected him to go last week, but it definitely looks like a done deal now unless he fails the medical.'
