Luton favourite on Dowie's list?
New Charlton boss Ian Dowie is said to be keen on signing Luton's highly rated winger Carlos Edwards.
Dowie favours wingers and feels Edwards could be a cut-price bargain, although he is under contract to Luton.
Having revealed his ambitions to play in the Premiership, Town boss Mike Newell may find it difficult to hang on to him. However, if Luton are forced to sell, I hope they will ensure ffair market price or a player exchange to Luton's benefit.

I Thinkk every ones got World Cup Fever..........We could loose a very gifted player sold on a whim for " a few Quid" just because he is Flavour of the month.The problem is Bigger Clubs could easily afford say 2.5 Million for him only to realise he,s not quite as good as he at first appears. Luton However could and usually are left feeling the effects of the departure for months...

He wasn't that good against england and i would expect him to struggle in the premiership. I expect that you'd hope that this is press speculation.
