Boss of the Weekend
The smile on the face of Paul Buckle, up at Carrow Road, told the full story!
The elation of the occasion ensured that Paul had the biggest smile on his face I`ve ever seen.
Indeed, on a weekend of cup upsets, with Oldham beating Liverpool, Leeds beating Tottenham and Chelsea being held by Brentford to a very creditable draw, it was, undoubtedly, proven that the magic of the cup is very much alive.
Therefore, selecting a manager of the weekend was indeed a hard task for the Sky Sports pundit and newspaper columnist Chris Kamara.
But, having given it some deep thought, Chris opted for our very own Paul Buckle whilst also offering Luton some fulsome praise, remarking,
"There win was not a smash and grab raid - they did it through polished football and have genuine quality in their ranks."
Indeed we do, but we`d better offer our congratulations to Paul Buckle and then move on quickly before anyone remembers that Chris Kamara has an affiliation with our fine club!
