Searching For Crumbs of Comfort!
Still reeling from the loss, at Dartford, it`s hard trying to fin some crumbs of comfort.
I was hoping that, in his post-match interview, Paul Buckle would provide some words of inspiration to give us all hope as we head towards, at best, another play-off epic.
However, Paul has just pumped out the same old manta about it being a difficult division to get out of, remarking to the local radio station,
'We have to be honest with each other and it wasn't good enough tonight."
'It's true we haven't got out of this division for four seasons now, so there's a realism. I've come to the club to change things around and to try and get us out."
'What I would say is we're still in it [the promotion race]. We're disappointed with the result tonight but at the same time we're in a tough division."
Not many crumbs of comfort there is there!
