Season Over for Hatters Striker!

Season Over for Hatters Striker!

It looks as if the season is over for one of our leading scorers.

With Luton unlikely to make the promotion play-offs, the decision has been made for Stuart Fleetwood to go under the surgeons` knife to correct a hernia problem.

Stuart, on the social network site Twitter, tweeted about the situation,

"Sad to say that my hernia does need an operation. Tried to manage it for a few weeks but playing at 70% fitness is no good for the team or myself. Good luck to the lads at Wrexham on Saturday! I`ll be back."

Here`s hoping that Fleetwood makes a good recovery from what should be a routine operation.
