Eastleigh Watch?

Eastleigh Watch?

Yesterday, in what was a good day for Vital Luton (but more of that later), we ran an article on the prospect of two of our players enjoying some success this season.

Alex Lacey and Adam Watkins were about to participate in a Blue Square Bet South play-off semi-final against Dover and hoping to reach the final.

Sadly, the home leg did not go according to plan with Eastleigh losing 3-1 leaving an awful lot to do in the second leg, at Dover.

In front of an attendance of 915, Eastleigh conceded a goal in the first minute, putting them on the back foot. With the tie delicately balanced at 2-1, a last minute goal left them facing an uphill battle in the second leg, one we fear will be too much for them, but you just never know!
