On the Comeback Trail
Now whether playing 70 minutes in a development game is enough to secure a starting place in the side, this Saturday, remains the great question.
However, Hatters supporters will be pleased to hear that Alex Lawless, recovering from injury, played for seventy minutes in the much-publicized development game against Peterborough yesterday.
And, as a bonus, the midfielder scored both of the Hatters goals as they came from 1-0 down to beat Peterborough 2-1.
The equalizer, from Lawless, came when he stabbed the ball home from 12 yards, whilst the winner came when he expertly converted an assist from Scott Rendell.
Welcome back Alex, we`ve missed you!
