Benson Looking Forward to Home Debut

Benson Looking Forward to Home Debut

Having gotten back to winning ways, courtesy of two penalties, against Kidderminster, Hatters fans are hoping Luton can make it two wins on the bounce when Grimsby come to town this Saturday.

The game should give our latest signing, Paul Benson, the chance to make his home debut and it is something our new striker is looking forward to commenting to the local media after witnessing 800 travelling Hatters making bedlam at Aggborough,

"It`s brilliant. If you can`t work hard for those fans who have come through the gates and paid money then I don`t think you should be involved in football."

"That`s the minimum that you should do, give 100 per cent effort."

"I witnessed a good atmosphere on Bank Holiday Monday against Cambridge and I`m looking forward to getting out there and playing in front of them now."

We`re certain that Paul will get a rousing reception from the Kenilworth Road faithful and if he reproduces the effort he gave against Kidderminster, he`ll do just fine.
