The flu bug that has been lurking around Kenilworth Road is still taking its toll. Brian Stein told the club's official website that it was almost necessary to call off the Hull game as so many players were suffering from it.
The latest players to fall foul of it are Marcus Heikkinen and Russ Perrett and the club will wait until later today before they decide if they will be risked.
No injuries persist in the Luton camp apart from Sam Parkin's ankle and even he is back in training.
In view of the team performance on Saturday, Mike Newell will hope to field the same team but probably adding Lewis Emanuel to the bench.
Everton have Time Howard, Tim Cahill, Simon Davies and James Beattie suffering from the flu and injury to Richard Wright, but may not have been looking to field a first team squad anyway.
If Everton take it seriously Luton will struggle to get a result but if they play around with reserve and youth team players then they will have every chance.
