'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Still`s Babes

It`s interesting to note that, during the season, although John Still has invested in the odd old wise head or two, the boss has not been afraid to give the youngsters a go.

Looking back at the victory at Welling, on Saturday, John Still was quick to comment on the use of youth with the boss remarking,

"Just after the start of the second half, take Mark Tyler out of the equation and the average age was about 21."

"That means as much to me as most things because that is what I want and that is what I want to encourage."

"I felt so proud then, I really did. It`s amazing."

And it is something that really does stand us in good stead as we contemplate the future.
