Hatters Honoured

Hatters Honoured

As we bid farewell to non-league football.

As we bid farewell, or should that be good riddance, to the Conference and head back towards the Football League, we do so having picked up some notable awards at the Football Conference end-of-season awards on Saturday evening.

As you`d expect of someone who led Luton Town Football Club back to the Football League, 19 points ahead of our nearest rivals, John Still was, quite rightly, named as the manager of the year.

Andre Gray who plundered 30 goals for the Hatters during the campaign was, quite rightly, awarded the Golden Boot.

As for the compilation of the Skrill Premier team of the season, it contained four Hatters with Andre Gray, Mark Tyler, Steve McNulty and Luke Guttridge all making the exclusive starting eleven.

Congratulations to all concerned from all at Vital Luton Town.
