Luton duo eyed by baggies
WBA are planning a £3million double swoop for Luton's Rowan Vine and Leon Barnett later this week.
The Baggies are said to have stepped up their pursuit of the highly rated duo and claim to have already spoken at length with officials at Kenilworth Road.
Baggies hope to net striker Vine for something in the region of £2million, and Barnett for £1 million.
If they paid £3 million for Curtis Davies, then surely these two are worth almost as much each?
Birmingham manager Steve Bruce would like Vine to cover for his injury problems, and may force the price up if a bidding war between the deadly West Midlands rivals ensues.
