Luton striker Rowan Vine ahs completed his £2.5 million transfer to Birmingham City.
He has signed a three and a half year contract, and the transfer fee wil rise to £3 million whe Birmingham City are promoted to the Premiership, which seems a foregone conclusion.

Well as we didn't have to sell then Newell should get the money to strengthen the team, however it never seems to work out that way unfortunetly.
