Luton defender loses appeal
Luton's appeal against the red card issued to Sol Dabis in Saturday's match at Stoke City has been rejected by the FA Board of appeal.
Sol will be suspended for three matches starting with tonight's game against Sheffield Wednesday.

So he should be to. Both Fuller and Davis totally deserved their red cards - despite what Newell said. Looks like there might be more trouble for both clubs over the punch up between the two.

If you go in with that sort of force, even if you get the bll you are still going to get a red card these days. Maybe not in the 50s and 60's but certainly today. Same thing about pushing your hands into someone above shoulder level, the players have been told that in aprofessional football that will be a red card and still they do it.
There is some force field in the neck of a football shirt which blanks out the thought processes of footballers when they pull it over their heads I think.
And I agree with you; we haven't heard the last of the behind the scenes activities.
