Luton Statement
Luton Town today issued the following statement on their official website:
Due to the fact that The Football Association enquiry is ongoing, Luton Town Football Club is still unable, for legal reasons, to make any comment on this matter. We do understand the concerns of our supporters at this time, but trust they appreciate the current position.
The Club however, wishes to make clear that the back page headline summary in the Daily Mail this Wednesday regarding former Chairman Bill Tomlins was inaccurate. Mr Tomlins has not and will not receive any 'Golden Handshake' payment from the Football Club or its holding company (Jayten Stadium Limited).

I DONT KNOW ABOUT A GOLDEN HANDSHAKE FOR MR TOMLINS ,I THINK A SIZE 9 BOOT UP HIS ARRIS WOULD BE MORE APPROPRIATE FOR WHAT HE'S DONE TO OUR CLUB........
