'If It's Football, It's Vital'
Luton Plead Not Guilty
After taking legal advice the administrators for Luton Town Football club have pleaded not guilty to the charges laid by the Football Association.
The club missed the original deadline set by the FA for Luton to respond to the charges which was 30th November 2007 and having gained an extra 7 days, also missed that deadline.
The following statement appeared on Luton Town's official website:
'The administrators, acting in accordance with legal advice, have submitted a not guilty plea in response to the Football Association charges issued on Thursday November 15.'

I'm sure they pick on the smaller clubs (with due respect) as though know the bigger clubs have the backing and the money to contest these type of accusations.
