Luton: deadline extended
The Administrator of Luton Town Football Club, Brendan Guilfoyle, has today announceded that the deadline for offers for the Club has been extended to 5 p.m. on Monday January 7 2008.
It appears that there are at least two potential consortia interested who came to the table later than others and will require the extra time to complete their discussions and prove financial ability to proceed.

*****, Why do I allways fear the worst.....It was Barely 6 Months ago That Pinkin or whatever his name was, was the best thing to happen to the Club since....erm..the Last Bloke. For ***** sake lets hope someone buys the club and treats it more like a Buisness in the 21st Century and not just like some Wealth statement...or worse a way to make a Quick Buck.
Surely ANY Buissnessman worth his salt would walk away from us after all the trouble we have been in. Unless he is truely dedicated and genuinely has LOTS of cash. Lets hope im proved wrong and we FINALLY get the break the Club and us Fans deserve. [Edited by scotty] [Edited by scotty]
